Seis Lagos Pool Rules

• The pool is restricted to community residents and their guest.
  Only 2 guests allowed per resident.
• All Glass objects are PROHIBITED in the gated area
• No running in the gated area
• Music to be played at a minimum
• No pets allowed in the gated area
• No smoking, E-cigarettes, or vaping in the gated area
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Drunkenness or obscenity will not be tolerated
• Swimmers with open wounds or communicable diseases are not allowed in the pools
• All swimmers must wear proper swimwear
• No tampering with pool equipment
• One person on the diving board at a time
• One person on the slide at a time
• No one allowed on the lifeguard stand except the lifeguard

Swim at your own risk.
Management assumes no liability for injuries
​or accidents that might occur. 
The lifeguards and HOA are not responsible for items
left at the pool.

Pool Rule Violation(s)--
Per the By-Laws Article IV Section 2 (page 71),  an individual or a family can be suspended from coming to the pool (common area) for up to 60 days.  This section refers to other sections (Article III section 4 and Article V section 3 (e)).
