Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
All exterior improvements, updates, landscaping, removing & replanting trees/shrubs, pools, exterior painting, concrete work, roofs, patios, pergolas, fire pits, wrought iron fences, etc. need to be approved by the ACC PRIOR to the construction date.
The ACC meets the second Sunday of every month at 7:00 PM in the HOA Conference room.
All meetings are open and homeowners with submission forms are encouraged to attend.
