Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
All exterior improvements, updates, landscaping, removing & replanting trees/shrubs, pools, exterior painting, concrete work, roofs, patios, pergolas, fire pits, wrought iron fences, etc. need to be approved by the ACC PRIOR to the construction date.
The ACC meets on the second Sunday of every month at 7:00pm in the HOA Conference Room. (The May 2026 Meeting will be on the third Sunday, May 17th)
All meetings are open and homeowners with submissions on the agenda are encouraged to attend.
Please complete the ACC Submission Form and submit it, along with all backup documents, and a property survey, to the HOA Office. Forms must be submitted by the Thursday prior to the meeting in order to be added to the agenda for that month. The form and backup documents can be submitted by email to [email protected], in person at the HOA office, or dropped in the HOA mailbox in the parking lot.
